Upon confirmation, renters receive a one-time property access code, which allows them access to the unit through a smart lock. Once the tour is complete, potential renters submit feedback through the app and can request a link to an online lease application.
After the lease is signed, renters transition from the Rently Tours app to the Rently Smart Home app. This app gives renters control over devices in their new homes, such as video doorbells, smart locks, smart thermostats and smart leak sensors. With the app, renters can manage property access, adjust energy utilization, and be alerted to any security breaches or potential damage - all in real time. The app also offers residents better energy management by utilizing smart thermostats that can save up to 30% annually in utility costs.
