“The growth we have seen is something I would call exponential,” Republic Ranches Partner Bryan Pickens said. “It’s all about teamwork at Republic Ranches, and putting our clients first."

Republic Ranches, an elite farm, ranch and rural properties brokerage firm serving Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, Louisiana and Arkansas, has surpassed $1 billion in property sales since it was founded in 2011.

The Republic Ranches team now consists of five partners and 32 associates. The firm is active in various communities across the six states they are licensed in with buyers and capital sources, landowners, wildlife and conservation groups, stewardship organizations, and ranch, farm, and land industry councils.

“The growth we have seen is something I would call exponential,” Republic Ranches Partner Bryan Pickens said. “It’s all about teamwork at Republic Ranches, and putting our clients first. We have a unique culture in which we help each other succeed with clients and sales. We do this at every level, and it’s just part of the personality of the great people on the team. I attribute the company’s success to the team.”

Republic Ranches is focused on recreational properties used for fishing, hunting or weekend getaways and also working farms and operating ranches, including properties up to 40,000 acres and above.

“From raw land to farmland to working cattle ranches with the basic amenities, or the most elegant vacation homes with pools, golf courses, and runways and hangars for private planes, Republic Ranches works closely with clients to identify the right property,” Pickens said. “We are seeing a flight to ‘safe’ investments such as land when there is market turmoil or fluctuations in oil prices. We expect to see similar trends as we head into 2020.”

Some of the firm’s most notable sales included Enchanted Rock Ranch (Llano County; 4,500 acres; Asking Price was $19,350,000), Barefoot Ranch (Henderson County; 2,493 acres; Asking Price was $59,500,000), El Rancho Cima (Hays and Comal Counties; 2,382 acres; Asking Price was $24,500,000), and Cerrito Prieto Ranch (Webb County; 10,844 acres; Asking Price was $23,856,800).
