(RESIDE), the leading global provider of professionally operated and managed alternative accommodations, announced that co-Founder and co-Chief Executive Officer, Jon Wohlfert, is departing the company to create The AltAccom Group, LLC, a company focused on acquiring and repurposing apartment buildings to operate as alternative accommodations properties including corporate housing, co-living, and other types of serviced apartments. With over 30 years of hospitality and development experience, Jon Wohlfert helped lead the RESIDE brand family, including global temporary housing provider, ABODA by RESIDE, to redefine flexible accommodations.
