October event boasts two headline sessions, including a media-moderated panel on fraud and keynote address by leading cybersecurity expert Theresa Payton
MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 8, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Registration is now open for the 2022 Retail Gift Card Association (RGCA) Forum, which will be held near Washington, D.C. this October 3 to 5. The event provides closed-loop gift card industry professionals with bountiful opportunities to learn the latest on issues and trends impacting the industry, network, and hear from top experts on emerging best practices and innovations. The 2022 RGCA Forum will spotlight numerous topics critical to the industry, and will feature two groundbreaking marquee sessions.
First, leading cybersecurity expert Theresa Payton will open Forum's keynote address with powerful insights into how the industry can identify cyberthreats and unmask cybercriminals. Payton made history as the first female to serve as White House CIO and is currently the CEO of Fortalice Solutions.
Forum will also feature a first-ever media-moderated fraud panel with representatives from an array of prominent, well-respected organizations, including AARP, the National Consumers League, and the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI).
