Parsons will report directly to Theory House President Jim Cusson and Managing Partner Jared Meisel, and work across all of the agency's domestic and international clients, including PepsiCo, Delta Faucet, Google, GUNK, and Lindy's Homemade Italian Ice. In his role, Parsons will establish a second location for the Charlotte-based agency in the NYC area and lead Theory House's award-winning design and innovation team.
Parsons arrives from PepsiCo, where he was the Design Director, Global Foods Group at PepsiCo's Design and Innovation Center. In this role he led brand development and market activation across PepsiCo's global snacks and beverage brands. Before that, he spent eight years at Landor Associates in New York and Cincinnati where his responsibilities included brand development and packaging for clients including Diageo, Kraft and P&G. He began his career at Fossil as a brand designer for its award winning in-house art department.
