Inventiv Foundation Announces an updated Free Smart Software to Draft Patent Applications and provision of educational resources for all inventors. Inventiv, a 501c3 Non-Profit, is the foremost organization for providing education, training, software, and resources on intellectual property (IP) rights to innovators. Our programs offer training on protecting and maximizing the benefits of inventor's rights and state of the art solutions in developing IP rights for inventors who cannot afford legal assistance.
CARSON CITY, Nev., Nov. 27, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Inventiv is proud to announce updates to its free patenting software ProvisionalBuilder to draft provisional applications. Geared to inventors with no prior experience with the patent system, ProvisionalBuilder™ provides a structured process through a series of pages or tabs that moves the inventor through the major sections of the Provisional Patent Application. When the inventor completes the disclosure, the software analyzes the draft and spots common potential issues to fix.
Inventiv has also developed a series of FAQs and educational content and links for inventors to get help from various resources, including the Patent Office inventor assistance center and pro-bono programs from law schools. These tools make the IP system accessible to every dreamer, innovator, and inventor. Inventiv is also working on localizing our free resources and software in developed and developing countries for inventors who seek to understand and participate in the evolving, global intellectual property system of the 21st Century.
Inventiv thanks its volunteers for supporting Inventiv in helping innovators and inventors worldwide, rich or poor. We believe that innovations will bring greater wealth to the world and will improve everyone's life.
