RFP360 has been named one of Kansas City's 2020 Best Places to Work.

RFP360, a full-circle, integrated RFP software provider, today announced it has been named one of Kansas City’s Best Places to Work. The recognition comes from the Kansas City Business Journal as they release their list of 2020 Best Places to Work honorees.

“Being named one of Kansas City’s Best Places to Work is truly a testament to the culture of our company and the talent of our team,” said David Lintz, chief executive officer of RFP360. “It is an incredible honor to lead this group of dedicated, inspiring and creative individuals as we work together to fulfill our mission.”

In the last 12 months, RFP360 has experienced triple-digit growth and subsequently more than doubled their workforce to support market demand. In addition, they announced that they had opened new headquarters, secured second-round funding and been named Leaders in several categories in the past four consecutive G2 Grid Reports.

“As we’ve grown, our focus has never strayed from our core values and vision. Our priority is to empower our employees with everything they need, both professionally and personally, to serve our customers,” added Lintz. “Each person in the RFP360 family has been crucial to our success and that makes this award, based on their feedback, particularly meaningful.”

Results from the survey recognized the company for their family values, focus on wellbeing, employee engagement and unique perks.

Each year, the Business Journal identifies Kansas City-area businesses as top workplaces. The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered via a survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. Key factors considered include compensation and benefits, culture and values, and workplace perks. This year’s survey also included questions about the company’s response to current events.
