Riachuelo (RCHLO), one of the top three retail chains in Brazil, has selected Centric Software’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution. Riachuelo was founded in 1947, selling fabrics at low prices in high street stores. In 1979, as part of the Guararapes Group, Riachuelo began to offer ready-made clothing. 70 years later, Guararapes is the largest fashion group in Brazil and the parent company of Lojas Riachuelo, one of Brazil's largest retail chains with 315 stores nationwide.

Riachuelo had purchased a PLM solution a few years ago, but were dissatisfied with its lack of flexibility and support. The company needed a new platform to give teams improved visibility, speed and collaboration, ultimately reducing costs and time to market.
