As COO, Roth's primary responsibility will be to build RingLeader's sales pods, or teams, to reach decision-makers within nonprofits and associations, real estate, politics, healthcare, and other strategic verticals. In addition, Roth will concentrate on recruiting value-add resources (VARs) to increase the revenue of the company.
Roth has nearly 40 years of experience in the telecom industry and has held numerous management and leadership positions within prominent communications companies. In 2009, as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services were reaching the market, Roth worked for AT&T where he played an integral role in building out the inside sales teams and developing core technical training assets and strategies to increase the company's market presence and competitiveness.
Prior to joining RingLeader, Roth was an SVP at Sangoma, a B2B SaaS communications company, where he spearheaded the sales team and enhanced the company's channel partners. These core capabilities came from his longstanding and successful work as SVP at Star2Star Communications, a unified communications company, where he spent more than 13 years developing strategic partnerships and leading sales enablement.
