Rip Tilden Joins Andesa Services' Board of Directors
Allentown, PA (PRWEB) January 28, 2016 -- Andesa Services announces the addition of Rip Tilden to the company’s Board of Directors effective January 1, 2016.

Mr. Tilden is a partner with Makarios Consulting LLC in Malvern, PA, and serves as leader of their strategy and execution practice. He works to help a wide range of organizations clarify their vision and drive successful execution to sustain strong performance. Prior to joining Makarios, Mr. Tilden held senior leadership roles in three Philadelphia-area companies. He and his business partner, Tim Thomas, recently published: Leading on Purpose- Sage Advice and Practical Tools for Becoming the Complete Leader.

Mr. Tilden earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University and his MBA from the University of Chicago. He also is a project faculty member at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
