Motilall believes that cancer is not a disease as per medical definition of diseases and there can be no permanent cure or total prevention for it. For him, there is treatment, proliferation control, tissue removal, forced remission, stagnation and spread control but cancer can never be completely eradicated. This book provides a comprehensive yet simple description of what causes cancer and how humans can better understand what is happening in their bodies.

He attended the University of Guyana and studied biochemistry. He emigrated from Guyana in 1981 to Minnesota, USA, where he has lived until now.
