Andres Franzetti, one of Risk Cooperative's co-founders and former head of strategy, is named as President and Chief Operating Officer with full strategic and operational accountability. Dante Disparte, Risk Cooperative's founder, will transition to chairman and CEO leading long-range strategy. Noah Skillin also one of the company's co-founders will serve as the company's Chief Risk Officer responsible for overall enterprise risk management and Les Williams will continue to serve as the company's Chief Revenue Officer leading overall sales and channel strategy.
This new structure, rounding out the firm's fourth anniversary, positions Risk Cooperative for continued growth and operational excellence in 2019 and beyond. This organizational change signals that Risk Cooperative has exited the startup phase, and will continue anchoring key business lines, including risk advisory, insurance brokerage and RC Labs, where advanced prototyping is taking place with insurance and technology aimed at identifying breakthroughs in risk, readiness and resilience. Similarly, this new organizational design emphasizes our recently announced strategic partnership with RCM&D.
