Rivews Hits Milestone of 1.1 Million Patient Engagements With a 28% Response Rate, the Highest for Patient Surveys

Rivews, a patient experience and reputation platform for healthcare facilities, recently hit a milestone of over 1,000,000 patients with nearly 1 in 3 patients patients responding to the surveys

Rivews, providing health care facilities with a text-message platform that enables them to instantly survey patients after care, is proud to announce that it has achieved over 1,100,000 patient engagements with over 300,000 respondents.

Rivews is now assessing the scores across the health care sectors they are working with. This would allow Rivews to publish a press release about patient satisfaction outcomes across sectors such as urgent cares, outpatient facilities, speciality groups, etc. Overall, patients that have been processed through Rivews on average have responded with 4.7 star rating on a 1 to 5 scale. This entails that 94% of patients perceived that they had a positive experience immediately after visiting the centers, and only 6% felt the experience was negative. Rivews hopes to dive deeper into its data and this includes the assessment of its 66,000 patient complaints its identified.

Rivews enables organizations in seamlessly engaging with patients via text-message immediately after care. “It’s similar to the Uber/Lyft message a rider receives after their trip. Our priority here is to focus on patient experience and quality of care metrics in real-time. And what sets us apart from other companies is the real-time component and the ability to solely engage via text-message. It’s almost as if the patient is texting their doctor,” said Yasir Ali, Co-Founder and CEO. “Organizations can now understand how their patients feel and then utilize that feedback to their advantage.”

Since being founded in August 2016, Rivews has scaled to nearly 150 practices around the country, ranging from urgent cares to medical groups to specialities practices and radiology centers. Over the course of two years, Rivews has enabled practices to instantly engage with patients in real-time to assess daily patient satisfaction outcomes and identify previously untraceable complaints to improve service recovery and patient retention rates.
