LOS ANGELES, Feb. 11, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Robbins Brothers, The Engagement Ring Experts, announced a new social media campaign titled "Cupid on the Street." The goal is to create fun interactions and capture entertaining and shareable social media content about love, Valentine's Day gifts and engagement rings.

Robbins Brothers hired Cupid to approach couples, singles and groups of friends across Los Angeles and ask them questions about love, their relationship and trivia while handing out $100 Robbins Brothers coupons and giving love and engagement ring advice.

“As the engagement ring experts, we wanted to go out into the community and engage with real people to understand how they were planning to show love to their significant other, to family or to themselves this Valentine’s Day,” said Kris Land, VP of Marketing at Robbins Brothers.

The filming took place over two days in Glendale, Calif., in an iconic outdoor mall as well as Runyon Canyon and Griffith Park. Cupid rode around on a branded "Carat Cart" filled with goodies while randomly approaching couples of all ages, singles, groups of friends, pets and more. Questions asked included plans for Valentine's Day, questions about the interviewees, trivia questions about love, as well as wedding and engagement ring questions. The advice was a bit comedic, some more serious and some just plain fun.

The campaign launches on TikTok and Instagram on Feb. 1 and will continue for two weeks leading up to Valentine's Day. Users will also be able to claim their own $100 digital Robbins Brothers coupon (no minimum spend required) by engaging with the brand on TikTok or Instagram and entering their email in the Cupid Coupon link in bio.
