Robin Bouvier and Michael LaCrosse Join Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts (WWCMA) Board of Directors; Terry LaMonica Added as New Staff Member
Robin Bouvier, Vice President in the Health Solutions practice at Aon, has joined the WWCMA board as Conference Co-Chair. Michael LaCrosse, Director of Advisory Services at blumshapiro, has joined as the WWCMA Board Treasurer. Terry LaMonica was hired as WWCMA's Operations and Communications Manager.
BOSTON, July 2, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts (WWCMA) has announced two new members of their Board of Directors. Robin Bouvier is Conference Co-Chair and Michael LaCrosse is the Treasurer. Terry LaMonica joined this month as WWCMA's Operations and Communications Manager.
Bouvier is a Vice President in the Health Solutions practice at Aon, a leading global services firm that provides a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions enabled by data and analytics. She is a member of Aon's National Health Transformation Team, which helps employers improve workforce wellbeing by creating a culture of healthy living. Bouvier earned a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University (Ohio). She is a licensed health insurance broker, certified Corporate Athlete® Boot Camp Trainer, Certified Wellness Program Coordinator and Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist®. Bouvier recently joined the faculty of the Corporate Health & Wellness Association. She lives in Hopkinton, MA.
LaCrosse is Director of Advisory Services at blumshapiro, the largest regional business advisory firm in New England. He works with clients on a variety of operational efficiency and process improvement projects by using the firm's CFO advisory offerings, and Business Enterprise Review framework. Previously, LaCrosse held positions at Industrial Physics, iRobot Corporation, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Raytheon. He earned a B.A. in Finance from Bentley University. LaCrosse lives in Westford, MA.
LaMonica brings more than 20 years of operational efficiency, project management and communications expertise to the Council as the sole staff member. She was the owner of Blue Birch Wellness before this position. LaMonica has served as a Worksite Wellness Sales Manager at South Shore Organics and held a variety of business, operational and communications management positions at Adecco Employment Services earlier in her career. She earned a Master of Science degree in Nutrition Education from American University, a B.S. in Business Administration from Stonehill College, and a graduate certificate in Developing Healthy Communities from Tufts University. LaMonica also is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Certified Level 1 Run Coach. She lives in Duxbury, MA.
