Rocket Matter Business Intelligence
Rocket Matter's BI module allows law firms to design their own queries across matters, activities, contacts, and billable information. Law firm managing partners, CIOs, COOs, and others requiring deep insights can add sums, averages, and other calculations to reports and arrange data into custom groups. An easy-to-use drag-and-drop (or as we call it, "dragon drop") interface allows easy column selection, filter creation, and report saving.

Included in Winterfell is an overhaul of the contact record page and improvements to document storage that allows for previews without having to download and open documents. Additionally, in an upgrade to Rocket Matter Payments, a client's credit card and/or ACH information can be kept on file to further reduce receivables.
Rocket Matter's email integration also improved with a sophisticated delivery report, which enables lawyers to track emails generated from the system. With the new feature, legal professionals can resend emails, edit them, and change recipients.
And as usual in a major Rocket Matter release, Winterfell includes significant performance optimizations. In this upgrade, Rocket Matter engineers dramatically shrunk the application's browser memory usage and reduced initial page load times.
