Rogers Castor Hires Two New Attorneys - Expands Litigation Practice
Pennsylvania Law Firm Rogers Castor hires Brian T. Newman and Daniel Mirarchi to expand their litigation practice.
ARDMORE, Pa., July 19, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Rogers Castor is excited to announce two new additions to their legal team: Brian T. Newman and Daniel Mirarchi.
Brian T. Newman joins Rogers Castor from a Lansdale, Pennsylvania law firm. Brian focuses on criminal defense and civil litigation.
Brian graduated magna cum laude from Temple University School of Law, where he was awarded the Beasley Scholarship, a full tuition scholarship. While attending law school, Brian served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Holly J. Ford in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Brian received his Bachelor's degree from Monmouth University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology.
Brian is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Bucks County Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association, where he serves as associate editor of the Montgomery County Law Reporter.
He was born and raised in Burlington, New Jersey, and presently lives in Doylestown. When he is not in the office, he spends his time bike riding and hiking around Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
Daniel Mirarchi is Of Counsel to Rogers Castor and represents businesses and individuals in breach of contract cases, shareholder disputes, real estate transactions, insurance bad faith, data breaches, unfair competition, and complex insurance coverage. These cases range from high-stakes, "bet the company" matters to helping everyday people who have been wronged, and have touched international borders, but that have also affected neighbors and friends.
Prior to joining Rogers Castor, Dan was a partner in the domestic and international securities practice group of a national class action law firm. His practice primarily focused on investor protection issues, including litigation under federal securities law and state law governing fiduciary duties. He also represented shareholders who wished to enforce their right to inspect the books and records of corporations they have invested in, a process which allows them to investigate whether a corporate board was involved in any wrongdoing or turned a blind eye to unlawful acts.
Dan earned his B.A. from Temple University in 1995 and his law degree from St. John's University School of Law in 1999.
Rogers Castor, founded in 2009 by Lance Rogers, is blue chip law firm with affordable rates located in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, focusing on Litigation, Corporate Law, Real Estate, Sports and Entertainment, Estate Planning, Victims Rights, and Intellectual Property.
