Rojoli Technologies and Cloud AG Announce Merger

Rojoli Technologies, a provider of cloud and managed IT services, today announced it has reached an agreement to merge with Cloud AG, a Microsoft cloud service provider.

Founder and CEO of Rojoli Technologies, Gentry Ganote, says of the decision to combine companies, “Cloud AG has been a close partner for several years. Merging companies will allow us to expand our offerings and deliver enhanced resources to our clients.”
