The Roli Roti Butcher's Sous Vide Chicken is crafted under the sous vide cooking method. This method of cooking allows for a vacuum-sealed uncooked ingredient, in this case all-white meat chicken breast, to be slowly cooked in a temperature-controlled water bath.
