Roll Off Dumpster Rental Business in Jacksonville Currently Hauling Construction Debris on Massive Lexus Auto Dealership Expansion
Jacksonville, FL (PRWEB) February 24, 2014 -- Jacksonville roll off rental company Sunshine Recycling has been working on the site of a $3 million expansion and renovation of the Lexus dealership on Atlantic Boulevard. The company is working with contracting company Elkins Constructors and has been equipping the construction site with dumpsters for several months. The project is expected to conclude this spring.
Sunshine Recycling placed 20-yard dumpsters on site to collect concrete and 30-yard dumpsters to collect construction and demolition debris. The company is hauling the dumpsters on a weekly basis, often several times per week, to accommodate and dispose of the volume of waste discarded.
The project is intended to consolidate the operations and location of Lexus of Jacksonville, which currently has two separate buildings. An older building for used vehicles will be demolished to make room for the 17,200 square foot expansion of the new vehicle sales and services building. This expansion is one of nine in progress or recently completed auto dealership projects in Duval County.
