Ronald Wagner Named to LeadingResponse Board of Directors
STAMFORD,CT (PRWEB) July 23, 2013 -- LeadingResponse, LLC today announced the appointment of Ronald Wagner to its Board of Directors.
“Ronald is a senior operating executive with vast experience in the marketing services space, specifically in the area of performance marketing, including lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion,” said Jim Lyons, Chief Executive Officer of LeadingResponse.
“In addition to his executive management experience, Ron is a recognized thought leader on topics including general digital marketing services and performance marketing. Wagner was previously retained by owner groups to successfully restructure and build two San Francisco-based interactive agencies – both focused on customer acquisition and conversion. Wagner was President (and General Manager of the parent company’s lead generation business) with full P&L and corporate leadership responsibility of PartnerWeekly, a $150MM+ lead generation company in the financial services space sold to a private equity firm in 2008. In 1994, Wagner founded one of the country’s first interactive agencies, Ironlight Digital, which he sold to Publicis in the late 1990’s. Wagner has worked on more than a dozen projects, engaged by investment banks and private equity firms as an Operating Partner.
