“Faith Walk”: a glowing memoir tracing a woman’s journey to a deeper relationship with God. “Faith Walk” is the creation of published author Rose M. Hamrick, a passionate servant of God and mother of two from South Carolina whose ministry goes beyond her United Missionary Church to women’s ministries, youth ministry, mentoring young woman and community homeless shelters.
Hamrick shares, “I reminded God—not that I had to—about our conversation in November. I reminded Him that I wanted to be closer to Him. I wanted to learn to really depend on Him in every aspect of my life. I wanted Him to take me to a new level in Him. I wanted him to bless my physical family, my spiritual family and help me be a blessing to all I came in contact with. I wanted to advance His Kingdom in anyway that I could, and live a life that was pleasing to Him. I asked Him to pay off all my debt. My desire was to be financially stable and abundant, support the gospel, help others, and still be able to take care of all my financial responsibilities. I also shared with Him that I opened my heart to Him completely and had the desire to open my heart to love and marriage. I wanted it to be a man of His choosing; a man that was upstanding and outstanding; a man that was righteous in his walk and talk; a man, most of all, that had a strong relationship with Him and a deep and abiding love for Him.”
Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Rose M. Hamrick’s new book is a resonant testimony that will light a fire in every aspirational Christian longing to do more for the Lord.
Hamrick’s beautiful memoir puts an emphasis on servitude out of love and provides a stirring story of one woman’s successful quest to become more Christlike.
