Rossmoor Retail Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that John Muir Health recently signed a long-term lease to build a new, state-of-the-art medical facility at Rossmoor Shopping Center.
ROSSMOOR, Calif., Feb. 12, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Rossmoor Retail Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that John Muir Health recently signed a long-term lease to build a new, state-of-the-art medical facility at Rossmoor Shopping Center. A welcome addition to the newly renovated retail and mixed-use center, the 11,711 square foot medical office facility will include multiple exam rooms, physical therapy space and lab services. Moving from its current location at 1220 Rossmoor Parkway, the newly built facility is scheduled to open in late 2020.
The new location is across the street from John Muir Health's current clinic and provides convenient access and ample parking. With many other services available in the recently redeveloped Rossmoor Shopping Center, it also offers one-stop shopping for patients. "John Muir Health is committed to caring for the Tice Valley/Rossmoor community and surrounding areas. John Muir Health is one of several new tenants at the Rossmoor Shopping Center including a new CVS with drive-through, new Starbucks with drive-through, Salons by JC, BurgerIM and many others. The revived center is dotted with plazas for friends and family gatherings, hundreds of new trees, lush plantings, bike racks; beautiful, eco-friendly lighting, highly accessible parking, electric car chargers and more.
