Ledgent Finance & Accounting, Adams & Martin Group and Ultimate Staffing also took home the Best of Staffing Talent 10 Year Diamond Award for providing superior service to their candidates for at least 10 consecutive years.

Winners who earned the Diamond Award distinction have won the Best of Staffing Award for at least 10 years in a row, consistently earning industry-leading satisfaction scores from their candidates. Of those firms that have participated in the 2023 Best of Staffing program, only 17% have earned the 10-Year Diamond award. Roth Staffing continues to score anywhere from 2.5-3 times above the industry average for both their Client and Talent scores.
