Construction is now back, not just at full speed, but in fact we are operating with nearly triple the number of workers on site and moving ahead as we move into the final elements for fit out. Currently we are almost complete with the entire building’s plaster work now complete. We are also happy to announce that we received the shipment of our Caterpillar 3206 generator with sound shield, allowing us to run the entire property off generator should the need arise. The system comes with an automatic switchover allowing an uninterrupted power supply.
All HVAC Condensing Units for our smart VRF Air Conditioning System are installed, as is the Otis elevator. These MEP components will be installed shortly as we advance construction on the property.
We have now finalized our selection of glazing systems and are proud to announce that the window and door systems are Florida Miami/Dade county Level Five Building Code approved, the highest available rating.
