Rubicon Express adds to their performance suspension family with the new Super-Flex 3.5”-4.5” lift kit for the 2018-19 Jeep® Wrangler JL, an elite-level system using their renown adjustable Super-Flex arms in combination with an adjustable front track bar, rear track bar bracket and Extreme-Duty™ sway bar disconnects. This results in unparalleled on-road performance and off-road capability.

The highlight of the kit is the Rubicon Express Super-Flex control arms, which are manufactured from 4130 tubing and allow for unrestrained movement of your axles and unmatched durability when the going gets rough. The adjustable front track bar is designed specifically for the JL to give maximum clearance between steering components and re-center the front axle after lift installation. The Extreme-Duty™ sway bar disconnects provide a fast and easy way to disconnect your front sway bar for increased front axle articulation, allowing you to tackle challenging obstacles with greater flexibility. Coil spring rates are custom-tuned to improve ride, handling, and predictability both on and off road. Bolt-in lower axle bump stop extensions allow larger tire fitment. Extended length sway bar end links allow for maximum suspension articulation without contact to shocks or OE backspaced wheel. Alignment cams are included if further fine tune caster adjustment is needed.

The Rubicon Express Super-Flex systems provides clearance for 37-inch tires regardless of trim level for the JL*, giving the Rubicon model 3.5 inches of lift and the Sport/Sahara models 4.5 inches of lift. They are FMVSS 126-certified, which guarantees that factory safety features remain unaffected with the kit installed. All Rubicon Express suspension systems are proudly engineered, designed and manufactured in the USA and are backed by the Rubicon Express Lifetime Advantage Warranty.

NOTE: Non-Rubicon trim levels (*) require additional bump stop spacers front and rear (that are included in the kit) for 37” clearance without rubbing OE fenders. High clearance fenders recommended with additional bump stop height.
