Russell Clark Joins Jain Irrigation, Inc. as Director of Precision Agriculture
Fresno, CA (PRWEB) November 14, 2014 (PRWEB) November 19, 2014 -- Jain Irrigation, Inc. announced today the appointment of Russell Clark to the position of Director of Precision Agriculture. Russell will focus on the marketing and commercialization of Jain’s portfolio emerging technologies that will revolutionize irrigated agriculture.
Russell comes to Jain with over 30 years of irrigation experience working for James Hardie Irrigation, The Toro Company, Rainbird International, and Netafim. He has significant agriculture and landscape market experience managing sales and marketing, business, product, and project development in irrigation nationally and internationally. Most recently, Russell worked for the Claude Laval Corporation (LAKOS) as the Groundwater, Waterworks, and Irrigation Sales and Marketing Manager. He is active in the Irrigation Association and most recently was chair of the Drip/Micro Subcommittee.
Russell is a native of England where he began his career and since has lived and worked in 10 different countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. He now lives in Fresno with his wife Sylke Portner, who is a water conservation/ landscape consultant and designer.
