The partnership offers predictive learning and performance insights that can be linked to business results

Rustici Software, the leading eLearning technology experts, has partnered with Zoomi to add learning analytics driven by artificial intelligence (AI) to SCORM Cloud. Zoomi’s proprietary research and AI algorithms enhance knowledge transfer, improve engagement and allow predictive and prescriptive insights into business outcomes. The integration offers a more personalized learning experience̵̵̵—using behavioral modelling—to reinforce knowledge at the time of need.

Rustici’s SCORM Cloud is a content testing and delivery service widely used by thousands of learning platforms, organizations and content providers to deliver training to employees, partners and customers. The partnership with Zoomi, an AI-informed learning analytics company, will provide SCORM Cloud customers with a more personalized learning experience, map learning activities to business results and provide content analytics to help content creators assess and improve the effectiveness of training assets.

“We’re excited about the work we have done with Zoomi to bring the power of their AI learning analytics to SCORM Cloud,” said TJ Seabrooks, CEO of Rustici. “SCORM Cloud has always provided a flexible way to deliver training to learners where they are- whether it’s from an email link or a blog post to a custom built intranet portal. Our integration with Zoomi offers an even more personalized experience once the learner starts taking the course.”

Through this integration, courses delivered through SCORM Cloud will seamlessly launch the Zoomi application to deliver a highly personalized learning experience. Zoomi collects and analyzes an individual’s interactions during training to determine their unique learning style and find opportunities for improvement.

“We are very excited about our partnership with Rustici, because of what it means for our shared customers. This pre-built integration will make it easy for organizations to leverage the impressive flexibility of SCORM Cloud while benefiting from Zoomi’s unique skills optimization services. This is what consumers are asking for—a low calorie way to close the skills gap and improve corporate productivity,” said Trip Koury, CEO of Zoomi. “This collaboration will save companies time, money and resources by giving business leaders a deeper understanding on whether their training is producing results and how it can be improved to enhance learning.”
