Heather Reed has been appointed RXA’s Chief Experience Officer, and Jeff Doak will assume the role of Chief Technology Officer.

Chief Technology Officer Jeff Doak will lend structure to RXA as it expands technology programs and addresses further growth of artificial intelligence and machine learning. This new appointment ensures that RXA will remain ahead of the curve in technology adoption and usage. As Chief Experience Officer, Heather Reed will oversee client relations, ensuring all clients have the best possible experience with RXA’s products and services. In this position, Heather will certify that RXA has the highest client retention and loyalty.

Heather has dedicated her career to guiding organizations on how best to connect with their customers, largely focused on market research management consulting across industries and disciplines. Heather has built and led large delivery teams charged with creating roadmaps for organizations to take action to improve the customer and employee experience, while optimizing resources. She also has extensive experience in organizational restructuring, operations and international acquisitions. Heather holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Jeff Doak has been a leader in data analytics and visualization for over 20 years. His skills as a data engineer and developer have helped hundreds of companies find meaningful insights across a variety of digital practices. At RXA, he has managed the data engineering practice of the business, ensuring clients’ data assets provide timely, meaningful insights. Jeff was formally CTO of Converseon, a technology, AI, and machine learning company, where he oversaw the development of industry leading technologies and tools.
