Broadcast on March 18th and open to the public around the globe, Domopalooza is an annual conference focused on utilizing data and the Domo business intelligence platform to optimize business.

RXA’s leadership team will be hosting three presentations for the event. These include:

RXA CEO Jason Harper is teaming up with Belle Tire President Don Barnes III to present ‘Save Millions on Labor with Domo’, an app showcase presentation focused around how to optimize the labor force of a company.

“We have worked with Belle Tire for three years to optimize their labor utilizing the Domo platform and Workforce Optimization application. We are excited to share the outcome of this transformation with the Domopalooza audience,” said Harper. “It is always helpful for attendees to hear real life application stories, and we hope they will find the information helpful as they use Domo.”

RXA Chief Analytics Officer Jonathan Prantner & RXA President Tom Stanek will present ‘Empowering Machine Learning: Making Predictive Analytics in Domo Accessible’. This session is a part of the data science track and focuses on using the Domo platform for predictive analytics and improving forecasting.

RXA CEO Jason Harper & ESPN Senior Director of Fan Support & Customer Care Operations Douglas Kramon will present ‘Storytelling the ESPN Fan Experience with Real-Time Data to Make Sport Stories Even More Powerful’. An innovation track presentation, this will highlight how RXA’s Voice of Customer Experience application helped the ESPN team optimize their Domo instance to change the ESPN fan experience.
