The move ensures a continuation and acceleration of the company's growth

RxNT, a leader in healthcare technology solutions, today announced new executive team appointments. The moves ensure a continuation and acceleration of the company’s growth, as well as keeping client success a centerpiece of the company’s focus. RxNT has experienced significant growth in the healthcare technology industry, where it provides software solutions to physician practices, healthcare providers and medical billing companies.

Heather McLarney has been appointed the company’s first Chief Marketing Officer. As a technology and healthcare industry veteran, McLarney brings over 20 years of experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines. As CMO, she is responsible for all marketing activities including branding, communications, customer acquisition, and go-to-market strategy.

“With a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing marketing organizations, Heather will be a tremendous asset as RxNT continues to grow our position as a leader in healthcare technology solutions,” said Randy Boldyga, founder, president and CEO of RxNT. “Her deep understanding of how to drive revenue by implementing strategic marketing initiatives that build brand equity and increase market share make her the right person to help take RxNT to the next level.”

McLarney previously served as senior vice president of marketing at Change Healthcare, one of the largest independent healthcare information technology companies in the United States. Before her tenure at Change Healthcare, McLarney served as vice president of marketing, North America, at Deb Group, leading the launch of a new healthcare division and technology solution prior to the international organization being acquired by SC Johnson and Company. She also held marketing leadership roles with MDdatacor, Inc. (now SPH Analytics), McKesson Technology Solutions (now Change Healthcare), and Protocare, Inc. (now Synexus), as well as a management consulting role with Cardinal Health.

Brad Estes has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations. Formerly the head of RxNT implementation services, Estes will now oversee the entire client lifecycle, including client onboarding, implementation, training and support. His team will be in constant contact with clients throughout their RxNT relationship. Brad is also an accomplished industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, having previously held leadership roles at 3M, gloStream, DB Tech, DrFirst and the RelayHealth division of McKesson Technology Solutions.

The expansion of its executive team is in direct response to the company’s growing market leadership position.

“Since 1999, RxNT has earned a reputation as a company that serves as a true partner to its clients, and that reputation has enabled us to maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates,” said Boldyga. “Our strategic appointment on the marketing front will help ensure we continue to achieve our growth objectives, and the promotion of Brad to a prominent client success role based on his exceptional results to date will ensure we stay focused on client results as we grow. RxNT continually strives to exceed client expectations and is committed to delivering innovative technology that transforms how our clients operate – empowering them to run successful businesses and provide excellent patient care.”
