In early May, RxSafe doubled its home office and factory in Vista, California in order to accommodate demand for its new adherence strip packaging system, the RapidPakRx™.

In addition, RxSafe recently hired a new COO, Shawn Orr, who has an extensive background ramping up pharmacy automation production. Orr has over 20 years of experience with several manufacturing companies in the healthcare industry, such as Pyxis (now B.D.) and Asteres.

The expansion will allow the company to support onsite vertical manufacturing of RapidPakRx, an adherence strip packaging system that is disrupting the pharmacy automation industry.
