The integration combines Rybbon’s incentives management program with Qualtrics XM Automated Actions, delivering a digital experience that allows study respondents to manage points and receive rewards for their participation.
With Qualtrics and Rybbon, organizations can assign respondents a specific number of points for completing a study taken through Qualtrics. Businesses can then reward respondents for their participation. Rybbon’s system automatically syncs reward status with the Qualtrics XM Platform so everything can be viewed and managed in a single system.
