The new integration brings points-to-rewards to Qualtrics' incentives management.

We’re excited about the Rybbon integration and know it will make it easier for organizations to reward respondents and scale their incentives management programs.

Rybbon, the industry-leading rewards provider, today announced the launch of a new Qualtrics integration that encourages study participation through an improved automated rewards system. The integration combines Rybbon’s incentives management program with Qualtrics XM Automated Actions, delivering a digital experience that allows study respondents to manage points and receive rewards for their participation.

With Qualtrics and Rybbon, organizations can assign respondents a specific number of points for completing a study taken through Qualtrics. Businesses can then reward respondents for their participation. Rybbon’s system automatically syncs reward status with the Qualtrics XM Platform so everything can be viewed and managed in a single system.

“Rybbon’s latest integration with Qualtrics offers an innovative market capability that improves rewards management so that organizations can more quickly and easily meet their business needs,” said Jignesh Shah, CEO of Rybbon. “We’re thrilled to be expanding our capabilities on the Qualtrics XM Platform so our joint customers can get even more value out of their incentives programs.”

The Rybbon rewards integration also allows organizations to easily manage their program with built-in controls including approvals, reward caps, and testing. Rybbon manages the points and transactions and delivers digital rewards, including US gift cards (Amazon, iTunes, DoorDash, etc.), international gift cards, Virtual Visa and MasterCard prepaid cards, and e-donations. Organizations will be able to improve customer satisfaction through feedback, boost engagement, reward for employees, and increase response rates.

“Great organizations stand out when they provide a seamless experience for customers and employees,” said R.J. Filipski, Global Director of Business Development, Qualtrics. “We’re excited about the Rybbon integration and know it will make it easier for organizations to reward respondents and scale their incentives management programs.”

Rybbon is part of the Qualtrics Developer Platform, a core element of the Qualtrics Partner Network. QDP partners have built dozens of XM Integrations on the Qualtrics XM Platform so that organizations can leverage their existing technology stack to integrate Qualtrics into their existing programs, automate key business processes, and bring experience data from other listening posts into one centralized platform.
