Convoso, innovator in omnichannel call center software, will be a sponsor and speaker at the October 5-8 conference for the Professional Association for Customer Engagement. This year’s event will be a re-mixing of the PACE Annual Conference and Washington Summit into one all-virtual conference, PACE ACX Virtual, that will feature breakout sessions, keynote speakers, virtual demos, lounges, networking sessions, and more.

Convoso CEO & Co-founder Nima Hakimi will be a featured panelist on the conference session “The 3 Efficiencies that Drive Call Center Profitability and How to Improve Them.” Panel attendees will learn actionable tips from high-performing call center executives, including two seasoned operations experts who manage 100+ seat contact centers: Heather Griffin, SVP Inside Sales at Momentum Solar, and Michael Velardi, SVP at Resource Marketing Corporation.

The panel will be live on Wednesday, October 7 at 3pm ET (12pm PT) and hosted by Rob Seaver, the Executive Director of LeadsCouncil, an organization that supports compliance and best practices in the lead generation industry.
