Initiative provides complimentary training and development programs to advance career growth opportunities of BIPOC employees

Sales Assembly, the nation’s first and only collaborative-based learning platform and community for B2B technology companies, is proud to announce a partnership with Gong and The Revenue Collective to launch a program providing Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) employees from B2B tech companies across the country complimentary access to Sales Assembly’s 8 different Certification Programs.

“Since the launch of Sales Assembly in 2017, our commitment towards diversity, equity, and inclusion has been rooted in our core values as an organization,” says Christina Brady, President of Sales Assembly. “The B2B tech ecosystem that we serve, specifically the revenue organizations within these companies, is just one of the many industries that, even to this day, has significant progress that needs to be made in order to come close to providing equitable opportunities for it’s Black, Indigenous and People of Color employees.”

By providing underrepresented revenue professionals in the sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, and sales enablement functions the opportunity to learn from some of the foremost practitioners in the industry, this initiative has a goal of providing impactful career advancement opportunities for BIPOC employees within the B2B tech sector.
