SalesFirst Recruiting Cements Home in Portland with Purchase of Lair Hill Building

PORTLAND, Ore., March 20, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- SalesFirst Recruiting has called Portland home since its inception in 2012, but the company is proud to make it official with the purchase of a building in the historic Lair Hill neighborhood.

The acquisition makes SalesFirst Recruiting official Portlanders, and the company looks forward to developing a relationship with the unique community it will now call home. The new building offers SalesFirst Recruiting employees, clients, and candidates a more centralized location that is easier to visit than the company's current location. While it may be more accessible, SalesFirst Recruiting does recommend that visitors utilize GPS to find the building.

"Lair Hill is filled with beautiful Victorian homes, steep hills, dead ends, and about 100 Gibbs Streets. I definitely recommend asking Siri for a little help on your first visit to our new headquarters," Adam Morris, SalesFirst Recruiting's founder and CEO, joked. "We're thrilled that we get to work in this neighborhood every day. It's very community-centric, and you get a real sense of Portland's history around every turn."

Like the Lair Hill neighborhood, SalesFirst Recruiting's new headquarters offers character, history, and lots of twists and turns. The building was built in the 1950s, and underwent substantial structural changes during the 60s. It was restored in 2011, and still provides the charm of its original intention.

Morris said, "We've chosen to preserve as much of the building as possible. We're leaving it as-is, except for a fresh coat of paint in some areas. We're going with high-contrast white and black pain, which will highlight the building's mid-century modern style and sunlit rooms."

The deal was made official today at closing, and SalesFirst Recruiting will begin offering services out of 11 SW Gibbs Street on April 15th.

"We feel so lucky to have the opportunity to make a new home for our company in this building. The previous owners did an amazing job restoring it to retain its character. They put a lot of heart into this building, and you can feel it as soon as you open the doors," Morris shared.
