He served as a Battalion Commander in Biafra Republic Army during the Nigeria/Biafra War (1967-1970). As a commander, he demonstrated extraordinary leadership in motivating, empowering, and recognizing the abilities of soldiers and officers in combat; succeeding in many combat operations with efficiency and effectiveness in achieving the combat mission: has completed his book “Servant Leadership: Tear Down Pyramids, Empower Followers”: an invaluable resource for anyone who aspires to become a leader, whose passion is to serve others and one who desires to learn how to be a servant first.
