CLEARWATER, Fla., June 14, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Sandhurst Community Capital, a non-profit strategic partner of Churchill Stateside Group, is pleased to announce a donation of $15,000 to the 2023 CARH Scholarship Fund.
Sandhurst Community Capital's mission is to promote affordable housing for the tenants living in multifamily properties. The Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH) is a national non-profit trade organization serving the rural housing industry across the United States. The CARH Scholarship Foundation provides college scholarships to exceptional students who reside in CARH-member properties.
Alex Holverson, Midwest Regional Director for Churchill Stateside Group, and CARH Board Member, was pleased to make the announcement of Sandhurst Community Capital's donation at the CARH Mid-Year Meeting in January of this year.

The CARH Scholarship Foundation was established in 2005 and has awarded over $400,000 in scholarships since inception. The foundation has awarded scholarships to 68 residents of CARH-member properties, helping 42 students reach their dreams of graduating college or obtaining associate/vocational education degrees as of December 31, 2022.
