Sanford small business owner and Air Force veteran runs for NC Senate
Ernie Watson, a 20 year Air Force veteran and small business owner in Sanford North Carolina has announced his bid to run for NC Senate in the 12th district. "I am running for the North Carolina Senate seat within district 12 to provide fresh leadership to our district, to represent the citizens of my district on the state level, to bring new economic opportunities and listen to my district then provide direct representation."
SANFORD, N.C., Feb. 28, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Ernie is running in the 2022 primary as a republican and believes that what district 12 needs right now is an elected official who is going to work on behalf of the constituents of the district, generate and vote on legislation that promotes economic advancements within the district and state, and brings transparency and accountability to our political process.
