Santa Claus Comes to Foothill Ranch 15 Years in a Row as First Team Real Estate’s Tim Morissette Plays the Jolly Giftgiver for Families and Collects Food for Needy
Foothill Ranch, CA (PRWEB) December 01, 2015 -- As South Orange County families begin to gather for Thanksgiving and all of the wonderful holidays ahead, First Team Real Estate agent Tim Morissette’s holiday routine of arranging dates for Santa’s visits across Foothill Ranch is well underway.
“For 15 years, I’ve been honored to arrange for Santa and one of his elves to visit families during the holidays, check chimneys to make sure Santa can fit and deliver some gifts for kids that parents set on the doorstep before the visit,” explained Tim Morissette. “This holiday tradition is great for families, and in turn their donation to ‘Santa’ of canned goods for South Orange County Outreach spreads holiday joy across our community.”
Started in 2000, Mr. Morissette’s visits are scheduled in advance and last about fifteen minutes. They result in lasting childhood memories for families and a bag of food for a family in need.

Starting the first week of December, Santa Claus and his helper elf will be available for visits to Foothill Ranch homes in prescheduled 15-20 minute blocks. The visits work best if parents quietly place some wrapped Christmas gifts on the doorstep for Santa to distribute to their children just before Santa’s scheduled arrival. During the visit, Santa will pull those same gifts out of his bag for the family’s children, take all requests for Christmas, inspect chimneys as necessary for Christmas visits and accept gifts of can goods for South Orange County Outreach.
