SASKATOON, Saskatochewan (PRWEB) February 28, 2020
The Saskatoon Golf & Country Club (“SGCC”) announced today that they will be exhibiting at the upcoming Sports & Leisure Show March 6th – 8th at Prairieland Park. The team from SGCC is excited to speak with show attendees about some of the exciting changes at the golf club for 2020. “We are excited to be attending the Sports and Leisure Show for the first time this year,” commented McLaren Taylor, GM of SGCC. “March is typically the month when people really start thinking more about the upcoming golf season, and we have several exciting changes and new programs to share with the golf community.”
SGCC recently unveiled a bold new pricing strategy that recognises busy lifestyles and targets what the club sees as shifting demographics in the industry. “It’s not often you see a price reduction in our industry – or any industry,” said Taylor. “However, we are finding that even among avid golfers, few find the time to play 50+ rounds in a season. We wanted to provide a convenient, affordable option for the 25-40 round golfer who still wants the amenities, convenience, and freedom of an unlimited membership.”
Various members of the SGCC team will be on hand for the Sports and Leisure Show, including McLaren Taylor and new Head Professional Brennen Gee. Show attendees are encouraged to stop by Booth #20 and visit to discuss the new membership options and/or SGCC’s “Member for a Day” promotion. There will also be a putting mat available at the booth for attendees to try and shake off the winter rust and sink a putt to win a prize.
