POOLER, Ga. (PRWEB) May 10, 2018 -- Savannah Quarters® has won the 2017 Community of the Year Summit Award from the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah. The annual award is given to the community that best “exemplifies a coordinated sales and marketing effort” and is judged on the “implementation and creativity of its marketing plan.”
