The Matthew Means Team will provide exceptional service to clients and will elevate the real estate game in Charlotte.

Matthew Means, an award-winning Savvy + Co. Real Estate agent has formed The Matthew Means Team to better serve buyers and sellers in the Charlotte-area. The Matthew Means Team will officially launch this week.

A top seller at Savvy + Co., Matthew sold over $25 Million in total sales volume (a total of 52 real estate transactions) in 2020. With over 15 years of real estate experience, Matthew has helped buyers and sellers in 416 transactions, totaling over $126 Million in sales.

“When I was offered the opportunity to establish a team within the company itself, the positives far outweighed any trepidations that I had about this decision,” Matthew said. “Future clients can expect to receive the same degree of first-rate service, individual attention, and satisfactory results. With the addition of the team, our goal will be to provide clients with an “all hands on deck” approach that will be more tailor-made and comprehensive. “

Jessica Grace Booker, a real estate agent with Savvy + Co. Real Estate, will also join The Matthew Means Team. An agent since 2015, Jessica Grace is known for her strategic approach to listing, making home improvements, and negotiating. In her role, she will generate and review listings and help clients navigate the purchasing and selling process.

Lori Landschoot joins the team as Director of Client Relations. She will be responsible for client outreach, feedback, and referrals. Lori will also spearhead the team’s social media and create and implement marketing strategies.

“When I interviewed prospective members for the team, I made a conscious effort to listen more and talk less. I was looking for personable, professional members who would devote their time and energy and build trust with our clients. But I was also looking for intangibles: the passion for the work, confidence in one’s ability, and a competitive spirit. I see all of those qualities, and more, in Lori and Jessica.’

Matthew is excited to work with colleagues who will bring fresh ideas to the table, who are innovative, and who can help, in a collaborative manner, meet client needs.

“We’re excited to support the expansion of Matthew’s team and the continued growth of his business at Savvy + Co,” said Julie Tambussi, VP of Marketing and Strategic Growth at Savvy + Co. Real Estate. “Matthew is an exceptional leader and skillful communicator who displays a genuine passion for his work. His natural ability to create effective mentoring relationships will foster an environment in which his team members can stay motivated, engaged, and continue to flourish and succeed. We’re thrilled to support Matthew and his team along every step of this new journey.”

In addition to his book of business and forming The Matthew Means Team, Matthew is a sought after expert in the real estate field. He has been a speaker at the Inman Connect conference, the real estate industry’s leading event, covering the trends and future of real estate, technology, marketing, causes, and more. He has been a regular guest contributor to Charlotte’s morning talk show WCCB News Rising and is frequently interviewed about the state of local real estate in various Charlotte publications. In 2020, Matthew was awarded the "Best Real Estate Agent" designation by the Charlotte Observer.

“I wake up every morning looking forward to the challenges and successes that this career brings. I could not be more excited about the launch of this team and the possibilities that 2021 will bring.”
