A top seller at Savvy + Co., Matthew sold over $25 Million in total sales volume (a total of 52 real estate transactions) in 2020. With over 15 years of real estate experience, Matthew has helped buyers and sellers in 416 transactions, totaling over $126 Million in sales.

Jessica Grace Booker, a real estate agent with Savvy + Co. Real Estate, will also join The Matthew Means Team. An agent since 2015, Jessica Grace is known for her strategic approach to listing, making home improvements, and negotiating. In her role, she will generate and review listings and help clients navigate the purchasing and selling process.
Lori Landschoot joins the team as Director of Client Relations. She will be responsible for client outreach, feedback, and referrals. Lori will also spearhead the team's social media and create and implement marketing strategies.
