Charleston, SC (PRWEB) December 02, 2014 -- Drew Netherly recently joined Mount Pleasant-based homebuilder, Sabal Homes, as an assistant project manager for its Summerville neighborhood, Branch Creek.
Netherly will help plan, schedule and execute tasks involved in completing homes in Branch Creek working directly under the direction of the community site superintendent. He’ll help oversee and manage the construction of new homes in the community.
Conveniently located 2.5 miles from I-26 in Summerville, Branch Creek is a private community with 148 homes starting in the $230s. The distinct home collection design combines the rich architectural heritage of Summerville with a focus on functional floor plans for everyday living.
“I enjoy building new homes because it requires teamwork and produces visible results,” says Netherly. “It’s a great feeling to see an empty lot become a family’s home after our hard work is complete.”
Prior to working at Sabal Homes, Netherly was a math interventionalist at Spann Elementary School and also served two years of AmeriCorps with the Sea Island Habitat for Humanity. A Fort Mill native, Netherly graduated from Charleston Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in biology.
