SCALABLE Network Technologies, Inc. (SCALABLE), a leader in wireless network design and optimization tools, announced today it is sponsoring a JNE Users Group Meeting on August 9th in Huntsville, AL. This meeting is an opportunity to share use cases and discuss potential requirements for the Joint Network Emulator Library (JNE) and the StealthNet Cyber Library. These GOTS tools are currently being used across the Defense Community, including the Army, Air Force, Marines, and Navy, as well as DoD primes supporting their Government customers. The annual meeting allows interested parties to share information, learn about current development efforts, discuss specific use cases, and foster collaboration amongst the JNE User Community.
Mr. John Diem, Executive Director, Army Operational Test Command, will give the keynote address on the importance of hybrid live/synthetic environments that bring together networks, network operations, networked capabilities, and the threats to these elements. In addition, there will be an open discussion hosted by Mr. John Fleischman of the Aviation Missile Research and Development & Engineering (AMRDEC) on the latest updates and existing projects leveraging JNE and StealthNet. SCALABE Founder and CEO, Dr. Rajive Bagrodia will share his thoughts on the future of modeling and simulation of military and cyber-physical networks with an emphasis on cyber effects and resiliency.
This meeting will provide the opportunity to discuss innovative solutions to the challenges of developing, testing and deploying tactical communications networks for the multi-domain battlefield; and to foster innovative solutions to the challenging problems of cyber resilience faced throughout the defense industry. JNE and StealthNet continuously aim to provide our warfighters with solutions that leverage the latest innovations in modeling & simulation technology while focusing on the need to provide predictable network performance, even in the presence of advanced cyber threats.
