MILL VALLEY, Calif., Dec. 13, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Scott Valley Swimming and Tennis Club, a member-owned, family-oriented club in Mill Valley, CA, is pleased to announce Gadi Shamah will be joining its management team as Aquatics Director.
In this position, Gadi will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, oversight and implementation of the Club's aquatic programs. Gadi will also serve as the Head Coach of the Scott Valley Sea Serpents, one of ten teams in the Marin Swim League.
Ranked in the top 15% of coaches nationally by the American Swim Coaches Association, Gadi brings 18 years of experience to this role.
Gadi has spent the majority of his professional career coaching multiple levels, including Learn-to-Swim programs, Head Coach of Drake High School's swim team (4th place at NCS 2006), two years coaching U.S. National Qualifiers at Marin Pirates, Head Coach at the Presidio Aquatic Club, Head Coach of Piranha Swimming a year-round USA Swim Team, and Director of Aquatics and Manager at Western Athletic Clubs of San Francisco.
Most recently, Gadi has spent the past six years building the San Domenico Panthers swim team from the ground up into a USA-sanctioned, year-round program of 80 swimmers dedicated to competitive and recreational swimming.
