Sculpted Body a Lagree Fitness Studio Announces new Fusion Class and New Instructors
The new Fusion Class at this boutique East Cobb fitness center is designed to offer a twist on their full body Megaformer workout. The new instructors at Sculpted Body have skills that are perfect for leading small group classes.
MARIETTA, Ga., June 11, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Sculpted Body, a Lagree Fitness studio located in East Cobb, GA, is now offering a new Fusion Class every Thursday at 10:30 AM. Angie Callahan, an expert with small group instruction and one of the newest additions to the Sculpted Body team, will be leading this class. Clients interested in joining this new program can expect a 45-minute workout format which will be broken up into three 15-minute intervals. These three blocks will include: core, and upper body on the Megaformer and cardio off the machine.

This new Fusion Class is perfect for clients who need a fun and engaging way to work out their core and upper body and want to incorporate cardio into the mix. As Sculpted Body expands its reach with this new class option, the studio has also added new instructors to help balance the increase in members and clients. These new fitness instructors are Angie Callahan and Victoria Bradley. With rotating schedules, clients interested in Angie's classes can see her at the studio during the following class times:
- Tuesdays at 8:30 and 9:30 AM
- Thursdays at 10:30 AM
- Every other Saturday at 8:30 AM
For clients interested in taking classes from Victoria, members can sign up for her classes on:
- Mondays at 7:30 AM
- Thursdays at 5:15 PM and 6:15 PM
About Angie Callahan
Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Angie is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and is also certified as a Les Mills GRIT coach. She has been teaching classes at Sculpted Body since November. Her positive attitude and encouraging teaching style work well to keep the energy levels up in her small group classes.
About Victoria Bradley
Victoria has been active her entire life, with experience in gymnastics, swimming, martial arts, and kickboxing. She is also a certified nutritionist and personal trainer. As an instructor she is an excellent motivator to her students, encouraging clients to challenge themselves during her workouts. For members who want to push their limits and achieve more from their fitness regime, Victoria is the perfect choice for a teacher.

A small boutique studio Sculpted Body has only 8 spaces per class allowing for personalized hands on instruction. These 50 minute full body classes are core based and high intensity but low impact.
