Seadrunar Partners with DrCloudEHR™ to Successfully Submit Medicaid Behavioral Health Supplement Data

BEAVERTON, Ore., Aug. 12, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- EnSoftek is proud to announce that Seadrunar, Seattle Drug & Narcotic Center, Inc., has used DrCloudEHR to successfully submitted their Medicaid Behavioral Health Supplement Data (BHSD) in compliant batch files to the Beacon Web Portal, a State of Washington data reporting system. Seadrunar has been using DrCloudEHR since 2015 to meet their electronic health record and revenue cycle management needs.
"Meeting the state submission requirements has been like building the plane while flying it," said Angela Grout, Treatment Administrator at Seadrunar. "The requirements continued to evolve as the submission deadline approached, and our process had to incorporate those changes to succeed."
DrCloudEHR is currently used in 26 states and understands the challenges behavioral health providers face to deliver compassionate care while remaining compliant with state requirements.

The Beacon Web Portal requirements for this are still in the works. "We have already developed three DrCloudEHR interfaces to meet Washington state requirements," Grout said. "We are confident that our partnership with EnSoftek will result in another positive outcome."
