The asset, which was acquired in 2014 as a JV with AEW Capital Management, had superior functional characteristics such as 28’ clear heights, adequate truck courts, outdoor storage options, and spaces ranging from 20,000 to 80,000 square feet.
After completing a successful repositioning strategy, Overmyer Way Industrial Park was comprised of four fully renovated buildings offering a variety of demising options and modern features. The industrial park’s location provides tenants easy access to I-75 & I-85, the State Farmers Market, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
