The Lindbergh Event Homes are Seaside Vacations #4057 Fairways and Seaspray, #4058 Beach Haven, and #4059 Bikinis & Martinis. Each home includes 6 bedrooms, a ground-floor recreation room with pool table, private 16'x16' square concrete pool, outdoor bar with Bluetooth enabled TV and a pergola-covered hot tub. Guests will enjoy modern comfort and custom touches thanks to two of the homes being furnished by interior designer Jen Pace of Pace Home Interiors and the third home being fully furnished by Exotic Home Coastal Outlet, a local furniture and design company. Guests will also enjoy two (2) paid rounds of golf per week included in their rental rate at the nearby Sea Scape Golf Links course in Kitty Hawk.
Specifically designed for hosting events, the Lindbergh Event Homes also feature a separate kitchenette downstairs with full-sized refrigerator for food and catering prep, ground anchors for tents, and outdoor wiring for lighting and sound systems providing easy setup for DJs or bands. In addition, each home includes an elevator to ensure guests can access any level of the house with ease if they are unable to use the stairs.
The three homes are able to be rented individually but are also designed so that they can also be combined into one group event area. The private fencing around the lawn by the pool is 50-feet wide by 125-feet deep area on each lot but can be opened up to feature a 3-home 150-foot wide lawn when booked together for larger events.
Each home is currently accepting reservations through Seaside Vacations for weeks beginning this Spring and the estimated construction completion date is scheduled for the end of March 2019. The Lindbergh Event Homes are available for full-week rentals with a Sunday check-in/check-out and are also available for partial week rentals.
